I am an 11 year old girl, who has loved dogs all my life. I have created this blog to inform people all over the world about Service Dogs. This blog is a part of a large school project as a 6th grade student. While writing a research paper on the topic of Service Dogs, I discovered that most people don't know the specific differences between a Service Dog and a pet dog. I decided to create a blog to inform people about Service Dogs. In addition, I decided to create a children's book about Service Dogs, titled Don't Pet Me I'm Working. This is a book to inform young children and readers about how to approach and treat a Service Dog that they may see. I am also working on a children's book about Sully, who was former president George H. W.. Bush's Service Dog. I hope that this blog teaches you more about Service Dogs so that when you close this tab, you will know much more than when you first opened it.
